Why investigation costs?
Troubleshooting takes a relatively long time. On top of that, some devices only occasionally display their faults. The device in question must be checked, after which various measurements and tests are possible. Sometimes a component has to be replaced first in order to observe the final result. Often the device is first (provisionally) repaired and checked. After that you will receive a quotation from us. After your approval, the further repair takes place. Why? To be as convinced as possible that the repair makes sense. Should you still decide not to have the device repaired, you will understand that we ask for some compensation for the work done (time). This small fee is not always proportional to the actual costs and time incurred. We ask that you settle the established examination costs with us in advance. This amount will be deducted from the total repair cost. So the repair will not become more expensive.
