Experience digital TV in the best picture and sound quality with the widest range of channels. With the Start package Digital TV (incl. Smart card) and a digital receiver or digital TV module (CI +) you receive the digital Standard package with over 60 channels, of which the 25 most popular channels in HD.
You pay once for the Startpakket Digitale TV. The Start Package contains a smart card (plastic card with chip) that works in a digital receiver or digital TV module (CI +). The costs depend on your personal wishes. The Starter package Digital TV and digital receivers are available in our showroom. After registering your smart card, you can immediately enjoy the digital standard package. To watch digital TV with a smart card, you need TV- Basis. This is invoiced via your energy bill.
Your digital channels on multiple televisions?
Within five minutes your channel packages on multiple televisions? Then you need multiple smart cards for each device you want to watch. When you activate a second or third smart card, you can use it to watch the same channels that are also activated on your first smart card. You pay nothing extra for this.
You can bundle up to three smart cards. The channel packets on the selected smart cards are then activated on all televisions in this bundle. Do you want to use more than three smart cards? Then you can create a new second bundle with at least two other smart cards.

Do you watch digital television with DELTA and do you want to receive more channels? Come along with your smart card and order an extra channel package to watch the latest series, the most exciting films and live sports competitions.
What is DELTA Interactive TV?
Watching your favorite movies and television shows what does fit best to you. That is the big advantage of DELTA Interactive TV. Besides only watching via your TV set, one can also on watch on a smartphone, tablet, laptop and PC. Record what you want and watch your programs back via Program Missed and Start Missed using the DELTA TV app.
Watch live TV on multiple screens
Watch live TV on multiple screens with the DELTA TV app for your smartphone, tablet or via a web browser on your laptop or PC. This allows you to watch television anywhere in the Netherlands, both indoors and outdoors. All internet customers with an starter subscription or higher from DELTA / ZeelandNet can watch live TV with the new DELTA TV app.
Missed programme
You do not have to be home anymore for your favorite program. With Program Missed in the DELTA TV app you can see when it suits you. Up to 25 channels back seven days. That is how it works:
- Go to ‘Program Missed’ in the menu
- Select the channel and program that you want to review
- If you do not know which channel the program was broadcast to, you can also search using the search bar
Start Missed
The first minutes of a movie or program missed? With the DELTA TV App you can watch 25 channels from the beginning with Start Missed. That is how it works:
- Go to ‘TV guide’ in the menu
- Select a program of your choice that is in progress (blue color)
- Click on ‘View from the start’
Record
You can easily record the best programs and films with the DELTA TV app. Save up to 250 hours a year and look back as often as you want. Recording is free at TV & Internet Premium and Super or All-in-1 Premium and Super, but can also be ordered as a separate subscription for € 5.50 per month via MijnDELTA. That is how it works:
- Go to ‘TV guide’ in the menu
- Select a program you want to record
- The program is recorded according to the times in the TV guide
- After recording in the menu, go to ‘My recordings’
- Click on the recorded program you want to see
